20/06/2021) Russian Alexei Łukjaniuk (Citroen C3 Rally2) repeated the success of 2019 and for the second time in his career he won the Polish round of the European Rally Championship. The current European champion, piloted by Alexei Arnautov, maintained a high, but most importantly even pace throughout the rally. Łukjaniuk took the lead after SS 7 and did not give it up until the finish line, controlling the situation in the competition. Second place went to Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda Fabia Rally2) - winner of Rally Poland in the 2016 season. The Norwegian, driving a duet with Ola Floene, lost 18.4 seconds to Łukjaniuk. Mikołaj Marczyk (Skoda Fabia Rally2) achieved his lifetime result in his only ninth start in the European Championship. The ORLEN Team driver, together with Szymon Gospodarczyk, came third in the general classification of the event. At the same time, Marczyk and Gospodarczyk won the national championship classification, strengthening their leadership in this cycle.
